We will never sell your information. You maintain ultimate control, and we'll work with you to ensure you understand and can exercise your privacy rights.

This Privacy Policy explains how IronClad Family collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our services at www.IronCladFamily.com, through our mobile applications, APIs, or third-party integrations. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account details: name, email, phone number, physical address
  • Payment information: credit card or billing details (securely stored by our payment processor, not on our servers)
  • Files and content you upload or store in your IronClad Family vault

Automatically Collected Information

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, date/time stamps, and system configuration
  • Cookies: Small data files that remember your preferences (login status, language, display settings). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

Location Information Some devices share location data (like GPS), and we may approximate your location from your IP address.

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process your transactions and send order updates
  • Personalize your experience
  • Send company news and product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We Do NOT Sell Your Information. Ever.

Business Transfers: If IronClad Family is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the new entity. We'll notify you and explain your choices.

With Your Permission: When you designate a delegate through our service, they can access your vault as if they were you.

Anonymous Data: We may share aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, plugins, or applications. IronClad Family is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.

Third-Party Services We Use:

  • AI chat: ElevenLabs (privacy policy)
  • Payment processing: Stripe (privacy policy)
  • Other service providers as necessary to deliver our services

6. Data Security

We take security seriously:

  • All sensitive information (like credit cards) is encrypted using SSL technology
  • Payment data is stored by our secure payment processor, not on our servers
  • We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information

7. Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will:

  • Investigate and contain the breach immediately
  • Notify affected users via email within 72 hours of discovering the breach
  • Provide information about what data was compromised and steps we're taking
  • Offer guidance on how to protect yourself
  • Report to appropriate authorities as required by law

8. Data Retention

We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain some data to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. We'll delete your information as quickly as possible upon request.

9. Account Deletion & What Happens to Your Data

When you request account deletion:

Immediate Actions:

  • Your account access is terminated
  • Your profile information is marked for deletion
  • Shared vault access for delegates is revoked

Within 30 Days:

  • All personal information is permanently deleted from active systems
  • Files in your vault are permanently deleted

Backup Retention:

  • Some data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes, then is permanently deleted
  • If you have an active subscription, deletion may not process until the subscription is canceled

Data We May Retain:

  • Transaction records for tax/accounting purposes (7 years as required by law)
  • Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • De-identified usage data for analytics

To delete your account, email admin@IronCladFamily.com or use the "Delete Account" option in your Account Settings.

10. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal information anytime through your account settings
Update or correct your information
Delete your account and data (some deletions may affect service functionality)
Opt out of marketing emails (click "unsubscribe" or contact us)
Know what information we collect and how it's used
Object to data sales (which we never do anyway)

11. State-Specific Privacy Rights

California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah Residents
If you live in these states, you have additional privacy rights under state law, including the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information
  • Access and receive a copy of your personal information
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of targeted advertising (we don't do this)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

Nevada Residents
Nevada law allows residents to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. IronClad Family does not sell your personal information. However, if you are a Nevada resident and still wish to submit an opt-out request, email admin@IronCladFamily.com with "Nevada Opt-Out Request" in the subject line.

You have multiple ways to control your information:

Marketing Emails
Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email, or contact us at admin@IronCladFamily.com

Cookies
Adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Visit aboutcookies.org for instructions. Note: Disabling cookies may limit some features.

Account & Data Deletion
Delete your account through your Account Settings, or email admin@IronCladFamily.com. We'll process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.

AI Chat Recording
If you prefer not to have conversations recorded, contact us directly via email (admin@IronCladFamily.com) or phone (786-360-1252) instead of using the chat feature.

Privacy Rights Requests
To exercise any privacy rights (access, correction, deletion, opt-out), email admin@IronCladFamily.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll respond within 30 days.

13. Data Transfers & Storage

Your information is stored on secure servers located in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

14. AI Chat Services

Our website features "Alex," an AI-powered chat assistant, to answer your questions.

What Happens When You Chat:

  • Conversations may be recorded and stored to improve service quality
  • Our AI chat is powered by ElevenLabs, a third-party provider (view their privacy policy)
  • We may collect voice data, text messages, conversation history, IP address, and device type
  • Chat records are retained for 90 days

Your Choice: By using the chat feature, you acknowledge conversations may be recorded. If you prefer not to be recorded, contact us directly via email or phone.

15. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you're a parent and believe your child provided us information without consent, contact us immediately at admin@IronCladFamily.com, and we'll delete it.

16. Changes to This Policy

We'll notify you by email if we make significant changes that reduce your rights. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
